We believe that the A12s,A36s,A4s,A5s and Cs are still in the eastern reaches of Johnstone Strait.

The A36 matriline lost its matriarch, A36 Sophia, in 1997. It now consists of only three males, and thus will die out in time. Since their mother's death the three males, A32 Cracroft, A37 Plumper and A46 Kaikash, continue to travel together.
