A36 Matriline

The A36 matriline lost its matriarch, A36 Sophia, in 1997. It now consists of only three males, and thus will die out in time. Since their mother's death the three males, A32 Cracroft, A37 Plumper and A46 Kaikash, continue to travel together.

Saturday afternoon the A36s once more arrived in Whale Channel. They came from the south and travelled slowly north in Whale Channel. A32 and 46 together, A37 by himself in the lead.
